In recent years, Brian Carroll has made strategic acquisitions, building Carroll Enterprises from a general agency into a national, full-service insurance superstore with multiple locations and a major online presence, serving both advisors and financial institutions.
Brian is a Chartered Life Underwriter, and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, with over 20 years of insurance industry experience. He is past president of local chapters of Chartered Life Underwriters and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
Kevin A. Cullinan
Vice President of Finance, Carroll Enterprises, Inc., and its subsidiary; Asperia, Inc.
Kevin Cullinan works closely with other senior management in the areas of strategic planning and finance for Carroll Enterprises, Inc. He has been instrumental in helping the company stay on course and carry out its mission to grow and prosper. Mr. Cullinan began his career in the insurance field in 1977.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and an MBA in Finance from Boston University
Vice President and Controller, Carroll Enterprises, Inc., and its subsidiary; Asperia, Inc.
Brad Watts directs the accounting and control functions for Carroll Enterprises, providing analytical and operational support. He has constructed the commission-management function, improved the cash receipt process, and spearheaded additional initiatives to automate functions, resulting in reduced manual transactions.
Brad earned his Bachelor's degree from Duke University and received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
Richard C. Nolin
Vice President of Retirement Plans, Asperia, Inc.
Under Richard Nolin’s leadership, Group Health and Benefit Administrators, Inc. (GHBA), recently reformed as Asperia Retirement Solutions, has experienced significant growth in the competitive defined benefit and defined contribution plan marketplace. Rich has been with the company for over 17 years, and had previously served as the general manager of GHBA.
Richard has a Bachelor’s degree from Nichols College and an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Suzanne D. Newton, QPA, QKA
Manager – Qualified Plans, Asperia, Inc.
Suzanne Newton manages the qualified plans department, including retirement plans and cafeteria plans at Group Health & Benefit Administrators, Inc. (GHBA), recently reformed as Asperia Retirement Solutions, a subsidiary of Carroll Enterprises, Inc. Suzanne has twenty years of experience in the qualified plan administration marketplace. She is responsible for managing the daily operation of the department and working with brokers and clients on retirement plans; including plan design, consulting, and compliance and administrative services. Ms. Newton consults with business owners, helping them design a retirement plan that meets their business goals.
She holds the designation of Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), and is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
